During this Shabbat Out of the Box, we will explore themes of Chanukah as well as this time of finding the light

during the time of darkness. Going beyond words, art journaling can document your days, release stress, promote healing, and allow free creative expression.

Experience the joy of jump starting your very own art journal by exploring color and learning simple techniques to create from the heart without critical thinking. Learn how taking time to express your- self will help you get in touch with your innermost self to tell your unique story.
